Pro licence terms, in plain words
- A RiverDIY Pro key is a perpetual licence for one person to use RiverDIY Pro in any of their own browsers and devices. A business buys one key per person who uses it.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews. Future RiverDIY tools are included.
- Please do not share or publish your key. Keys that are posted publicly may be replaced; the buyer gets a new one.
- Refunds: if Pro does not work for you, e-mail us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- RiverDIY processes files on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files; the tools never change your originals.
- PDF to Word and PDF to image are paid per file, separately from Pro: US$2 a page, never more than US$10 per 100 pages. A payment covers every format of that one file in the browser where you paid. If a conversion does not come out right, e-mail us within 14 days with your order number for a refund.
