RiverDIY / PDF tools / Split PDF
Split a PDF
Cut one PDF into smaller files: pick the page ranges you want, or make one file per page. Nothing is uploaded.
How it works
Three steps, and your file never leaves this device.
- Choose the PDF.
- Type the ranges, for example 1-3, 4, 5-, or pick every page on its own.
- Download each part.
Questions
Good to know
How do I write the ranges?
Separate parts with commas. 1-3 is pages one to three, 5 is page five alone and 8- means page eight to the end.
Can I get one ZIP?
Yes, with RiverDIY Pro: a Download all as ZIP button appears when a run gives you more than one file.
Is RiverDIY really free?
Yes. Every tool is free for one file at a time (five for merging and images to PDF), up to 50 MB a file. RiverDIY Pro (US$19, paid once) adds whole batches, big files and ZIP downloads.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After your first visit, the tools are kept in your browser; on a phone you can add RiverDIY to the home screen.
